Subscription Terms

This document sets out the rules for using paid Lexense plans. The Subscription Terms are an integral part of the Lexense Terms of Service.
1. General Provisions
1. This document sets out the rules for using paid Lexense plans. 2. The Service operator is: Consulting Wojciech Bajer, registered at Kokota 23, 41-400 Mysłowice, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 2220919309, REGON: 388306534, contact: support@lexense.ai. 3. The Subscription Terms are an integral part of the Lexense Terms of Service.
2. Payment Models and Purchase Channels
A subscription may be activated through: 1. Apple App Store — for iOS applications. 2. Google Play Store — for Android applications. 3. Stripe / web checkout — for web platforms and other designated channels.
3. Plans and Prices
1. Lexense may offer a free plan and paid plans (e.g., Premium and others). 2. Plan details, current prices, currencies, and billing periods are provided: in the mobile application, in the web application, and on the pricing page (https://lexense.ai/pricing or the appropriate URL). 3. Prices may differ between channels (App Store, Google Play, Stripe) due to platform policies and taxes.
4. Subscription Renewal
1. Subscriptions renew automatically unless the User cancels before the end of the current billing period. 2. The charge date and billing period are displayed by the payment provider/platform. 3. The User will be charged for the next billing period unless they cancel the subscription in accordance with the procedure described in Section 5.
5. Subscription Cancellation
1. Subscription purchased in the Apple App Store: cancellation is done in the Apple account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). 2. Subscription purchased in Google Play: cancellation is done in the Google Play account settings (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). 3. Subscription purchased through Stripe: cancellation is done through the Lexense account panel or the mechanism indicated in the application (e.g., Stripe billing portal). 4. After cancellation, the User retains access to the paid plan until the end of the paid period, unless the platform terms state otherwise.
6. Refunds and Payment Complaints
1. For App Store and Google Play purchases, refund rules are determined by Apple and Google respectively. 2. For purchases through Stripe: refund requests should be sent to support@lexense.ai within 14 days of the payment date, refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the request, and if approved, the refund is issued to the account from which the payment was made. 3. Complaints regarding the operation of paid Lexense features may be submitted to support@lexense.ai. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
7. Payment Issues
1. In case of a failed payment, access to paid features may be restricted. 2. The Provider may revert to the free plan after an unsuccessful charge or after the grace period ends, in accordance with data from the payment operator.
8. Plan Changes
1. The User may change their plan according to the options available in the application and the rules of the purchasing platform. 2. The effect of a plan change (immediate or from the next period) depends on the payment channel and its rules.
9. Consumer Information Obligations
1. Before placing an order, the User receives information about: the price (including taxes), subscription duration and billing period, automatic renewal rules, and the method for canceling the subscription. 2. Access to digital content and services begins immediately after purchase — the User expressly consents to this during the purchase process. 3. The Lexense Service is a digital service provided fully online. In accordance with Art. 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, a consumer User who has consented to the commencement of service provision before the withdrawal period expires and has been informed thereof, loses the right of withdrawal. 4. The above consent is given by the User during the subscription purchase process (e.g., by checking the appropriate checkbox or confirming in the purchase interface).
10. Liability and Feature Availability
1. The Provider exercises due diligence to ensure paid features are available as described. 2. Temporary maintenance windows, updates, and failures of external payment platforms may affect feature availability.
11. Changes to the Subscription Terms
1. These Terms may be amended for valid reasons, including: changes in law, changes in the business model or payment provider, and changes in plan functionality. 2. The User will be notified of changes at least 14 days in advance via the app, website, or email.
