Account Deletion

Last updated: March 1, 2026

This page explains how to request account deletion in Lexense and what happens to your data after the request.

1. App and Developer Information

Application: Lexense (iOS/Android/web). Developer: Consulting Wojciech Bajer. Support contact: support@lexense.ai.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request permanent account deletion directly in the app: 1. Open Lexense. 2. Go to Profile and settings. 3. Choose Delete account. 4. Confirm deletion in the final confirmation step. If you cannot access the app, send your request from your account email to support@lexense.ai with the subject: Account deletion request.

3. What Is Deleted

After your deletion request is confirmed, Lexense deletes active account data associated with your profile, including account access data, profile settings, active case/workspace data, uploaded files, generated documents, and active chat history, unless retention is required by law.

4. What May Be Retained and For How Long

Some information may be retained when required by law or justified by compliance obligations: 1. Subscription and billing records: generally 5 years from the end of the tax year. 2. Selected archival records related to legal/tax obligations or defense of claims: up to 7 years after account deletion. After the retention period ends, retained data is permanently deleted.

5. Important Notes

1. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. 2. If you purchased a subscription via Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel it separately in your store account settings to avoid future renewals. 3. If your account deletion request is sent by email, we may ask for additional verification to protect your data.
